Widely embraced in Europe & now gaining traction in the U.S., it combines traditional therapy with a focus on the mind, body, & spirit. Psychospiritual Coaching moves beyond traditional diagnosis to empower professionals & individuals in self-actualization, helping them reconnect with their authentic Self, shed limiting beliefs, align their actions with deeper values...fostering clarity, peace, & transformation.
Heather is a certified Psychospiritual Coach, Reiki Master, & Intuitive Mentor, who blends 25+ years of Sales, Marketing & Finance expertise with deep spiritual wisdom. Her holistic approach helps professionals & individuals align with their higher self, overcome obstacles, becoming conscious entrepreneurs & fulfilled humans.
Whether through 1:1 sessions, group cohorts, soul-centered events or sacred mentorship, Heather holds space with love, presence, & clarity...offering not just transformation, but a return to wholeness. Welcome! I’m Heather, a Psychospiritual Coach, Intuitive Mentor, Reiki Master, & the loving Founder of Luminous Lite.
From a young age, I felt a powerful spiritual calling & a deep sensitivity to energy & the unseen. My path has been shaped by profound life experiences, including personal trauma & loss, which have only deepened my compassion & intuitive wisdom. These challenges became the catalyst for my own healing journey...one that led me to reclaim my voice, reconnect with my truth, & fully step into my purpose.
Through Psychospiritual Coaching, Reiki, Intuitive Mentorships & Meditations, I guide professionals & individuals on their path to transformation. I am passionate about helping people reconnect with their own truth, release what no longer serves them, & step into their highest potential. My work is more than a profession...it's a sacred mission to illuminate the path for others, foster deep healing, uplift, & help awaken their divine potential!! 3 Month Package: 1:1 Reiki Infused Psychospiritual Coaching
3-month 12-session package. Through guided Reiki Infused exploration of the mind, body, and spirit, clients gain clarity, inner peace, & a sense of empowered direction in their lives. This includes Reiki Infused weekly private coaching sessions. Our first session is 90 minutes, which will include reviewing your intake form along with the welcome packet. All other sessions are for 60 minutes each via phone/zoom + unlimited email access.
3 Month Package: 1:1 Psychospiritual Coaching

3 Month Package: 1:1 Mentor Sessions
A monthly continuation program provided via membership, available to clients once they have completed one of the first initial 3-month packages listed above. Monthly Check in sessions. This includes 2 monthly mentoring sessions. Sessions are for 60 minutes each via phone/zoom + unlimited email access.
