It emphasizes self-realization and potential over pathology. Psychosynthesis Coaching helps individuals reconnect with their authentic Self, release limiting beliefs, and align their actions with deeper values, fostering clarity, inner peace, and empowered personal and professional growth.
Heather, a Certified Psychosynthesis Transformational Coach, Reiki Master, and Energy Healer, blends spiritual wisdom with 25+ years of sales and marketing expertise. Her holistic approach helps professionals and individuals align with their higher self, overcome obstacles, and become Conscious Entrepreneurs and fulfilled humans.
Through 1:1 coaching, mentorships, and group cohorts, Heather guides clients in reshaping thoughts, emotions, and behaviors to unlock their full potential and manifest their true purpose. She truly helps to illuminate YOUR Super Powers!

Welcome! I’m Heather, a Psychosynthesis Transformative Coach, Reiki Master, Energy Healer, and the loving Founder of Luminous Lite.
From a young age, I felt a deep spiritual calling, finding wisdom in life’s simplest moments. My journey through personal trauma, healing, and self-discovery led me to embrace my purpose—helping others reconnect with their truth, release what no longer serves them, and step into their highest potential.
Through Psychosynthesis Coaching, Reiki, Meditations, and Energy Healing, I guide individuals on their path to transformation. I am passionate about helping people reconnect with their own truth, release what no longer serves them, and step into their highest potential. By booking this course, clients embark on a journey of lasting inner transformation—one that cultivates meaningful change from within. Whether your focus is healing, relationships, health, expanding your business, discovering purpose, or finding motivation to reach your goals, together we will bring your life into alignment with your truest self. As your personal guide, I work closely with you to inspire deeper inquiry, provide clarity, and help you discover your passions, strengths, and inner wisdom. I believe you are whole, unique, and resourceful—capable of far more than you realize. My greatest service is supporting you in recognizing that truth for yourself. It takes time to create new patterns and consistency in your life. Therefore, I offer 3-month Coaching & Mentor packages to support you at the highest level.
3 Month Package: 1:1 Reiki Infused Psychosynthesis Life Coaching
3-month 12-session package for $3,600. Through guided Reiki Infused exploration of the mind, body, and spirit, clients gain clarity, inner peace, and a sense of empowered direction in their lives. This includes Reiki Infused weekly private coaching sessions. Our first session is 90 minutes, which will include reviewing your intake form along with the welcome packet. All other sessions are for 60 minutes each via phone/zoom + unlimited email access.
The total cost of the program is $3,600. This payment can be broken into 3 equal payments of $1,200. First or full payment is to be made upon the scheduling of our first session.
3 Month Package: 1:1 Psychosynthesis Life Coaching
3-month 12-session package for $3,000. Through guided exploration of the mind, body, and spirit, clients gain clarity, inner peace, and a sense of empowered direction in their lives. This includes weekly private coaching sessions. Our first session is 90 minutes, which will include reviewing your intake form along with the welcome packet. All other sessions are for 60 minutes each via phone/zoom + unlimited email access.
The total cost of the program is $3,000. This payment can be broken into 3 equal payments of $1,000. First or full payment is to be made upon the scheduling of our first session.
3 Month Package: 1:1 Mentor Sessions
A monthly continuation program provided via membership, available to clients once they have completed one of the first initial 3-month packages listed above. Monthly Check in sessions. This includes 2 monthly mentoring sessions. Sessions are for 60 minutes each via phone/zoom + unlimited email access.
Monthly membership cost is $500 a month. Full payment is to be made each month prior to scheduling a session.
